Privacy
Privacy at SteamMeet.
SteamMeet is designed to keep real Steam-enhanced data private while making the scheduling product understandable on public pages.
Steam sign-in
SteamMeet uses Steam OpenID to verify your SteamID. SteamMeet does not receive, collect, store, or log your Steam username or password.
Only enter Steam credentials on official Steam or Valve domains such as steamcommunity.com.
Data SteamMeet may store
SteamMeet may store your SteamID64, Steam display name, avatar URL, profile URL, schedule information, event and poll information, notification preferences, and settings needed to operate the service.
Where available and permitted by Steam privacy settings, SteamMeet may use Steam profile, friend, game, achievement, and activity context to personalize the private app.
Public and guest content
Public demo pages use fictional sample data. If guest polls are enabled later, anyone with a guest poll link may be able to view the poll title, notes, time options, game options, and vote summaries.
Do not include sensitive personal information in guest poll titles, notes, game options, or time labels.
Google AdSense, ads, and cookies
SteamMeet may display ads on public content pages, including ads served by Google AdSense. Google and other third-party vendors may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, device identifiers, browser identifiers, or similar technologies to serve ads, personalize ads where allowed, measure ad performance, prevent abuse, and comply with advertising policies.
Google uses advertising cookies to help it and its partners serve ads based on visits to this site and other sites on the internet. Users can manage or opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings at https://adssettings.google.com/.
Learn more about how Google uses information from sites and apps that use Google services at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Regional consent choices
Where required, visitors may be shown consent controls for advertising cookies and similar technologies. SteamMeet and its site owner are responsible for configuring any Google-certified consent flow or Google Privacy & messaging settings required for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or other regulated regions.
